About

Hey, I’m Krissy! My friends and family call me Krissy Girl! I have a psychology degree as well as a master’s degree in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health, which I received while living in London for two years.

I currently work at a daycare as a room supervisor for 30 school aged children.  While working full time I was able to graduate from Mount Royal University with a certificate in Graphic Design. I am hoping to use my education to begin a new career in Graphic Design.

While going to school I have also used the techniques that I have learned in my graphic design classes to enhance my responsibilities in my current job. I use my skills to create newsletters, games for my children, invitations to special daycare events (Christmas Craft Night) and thank you cards.

I enjoy spending my free time with other forms of art, such as drawing and painting.  I really enjoy making playful designs that help the audience feel joy and happiness. When not working for a client I enjoy spending time creating personal projects for the children.
